Please set up your ELA Notebook and maintain it all year. Quarterly notebook checks will remind you to stay focused and organized. The ELA Notebook grading system is as follows:

  • Outstanding 20 points (tab dividers are labeled, all content is intact and in correct sections)
  • Satisfactory 15-19 points (tab dividers are labeled, 4 or less items out of place)
  • Unsatisfactory 10-14 points (missing parts or items and/or 5 or more un-filed items)

Visit Notebook Organization for complete directions on labeling your tabs and what to put where!
